Prefishing

My family has never been much for fishing.  We've all enjoyed the outdoors, I grew up in the Boy Scouts and loved camping (which I still do) but fishing is one thing my family never really got into.  However, I married into a family that not only loves the outdoors but loves to harvest many different types of meat from deer, caribou, antelope, ducks and fish.  And now that I am in the family I am invited to the Canada fishing trip to Perrault Falls that has taken place multiple times over the past 20 years.  They hooked me up with a fishing pole for my birthday this year, and they got the bait.

  So I was all set, I just had to be to their place by the 28th of June and be ready for the 13 hour car ride.  But if I arrived 1 day early they were able to get their hands on some Brewer tickets.  We arrive at the game, pull out the tickets and find they are in row 4.  Not only until we walk in we realize there is no row 1,2 or 3 because that is being taken up by the Brewers dugout.  I have never had these good of seats in my life and they were amazing.  You could actually see the faces of the players, the type of shoes they where and see there emotions throughout the game.  It was great!  With Bush pitching close to a no-hitter, Prince getting an inside the park home run and the other team almost coming back to win in the last inning it was a great action packed game.  Afterwards, it was on to the grocery store for the food for the week.  Milk, 7 dozen eggs, breading for fish frys and of course 1 case of Milwaukee's Best per person ($12 for the case, once in Canada we needed one more, which was $40, yikes! no alcoholics there).
