Day 2
Well, we're mid way throuth our second day in Milan. No really interesting photos at this point, because most of our time has been spent at work and the first day was spent recuperating from the day (well, okay, night) of travel to get here. Last night we went to the Genova region of Milan (yes, an area of Milan, not actually going to the city Genova/Genoa). This is an area of the city that I have not been to before. Lots of sidewalk resturants and pubs with a canal running through the center and parallel streets on each side. We found a small pizza resturant for dinner that was excellent. They also had desert pie that was a shallow pie shell filled with chocolate ganache with a pear halfs on top - I should have gotten two of them !
