Very centrally located
This hotel came with good recommendations but was a bit of a disappointment. It was very dark and rundown. It's being touted as a 'colonial-style' building, but you need a bit of a good imagination for that. The restaurant was closed and in renovations so I guess that will be an improvement when it opens back.
Rooms are huge, showers good and deliciously warm (a relief with the bad weather we had!).
The best thing about Hotel Chiguila is undoubtedly its location, a stone's throw from the plaza central where the market is held. It's really in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town.
