that was just the only time that they really get on my nerves ;-)
First the ticket office only opens at 9h30... but only for the Kremlin in general!
Then if you wanna see the Armoury too you have to buy a different ticket in the same ticket office but in a different door 5 feet aside... problem it only opens at 10h15 even if they open the door at 9h45 and seat there doing nothing and looking at you till its definitely 10h15 :-D
Ah! and when you buy the first ticket they tell you there's no tickets for the Armoury for that day (even before the ticket office, for that, even opened)... they will keep telling you that at the other sales point... it was needed someone waiting at the door (a French woman that spoke Russian or the other way around) to tell you that could be seen if one's rent also the audioguide!!! its hard for them to understand that you wanna see it.
Then the guy at the entrance would let me in with my little backpack... but then spot a little bottle of Port wine (a gift for my next meet up) and won't let me in... it was a really little one, one of those that pass airport control everywhere... so you see - Kremlin control worst then airport control ;-D
Then the jerk at the bags deposit won't receive the bottle alone, only in the bag and "the bag can't go in" he says!!! for him didn't matter the size, its a backpack, and backpacks are not allowed, even if its smaller than a lady's bag... I wonder if he really learn the meaning of the rules or just the rules... but yet, I'm glad that I only bump into one of this fellows :-D
Finally I'm in... so, lets take a look at the pics ;-)
