The Second Day (part 1) - From Sergiyev Posad to the streets of Moscow
June 20, 2008
As a part of a CS meet up I went to Sergiyev Posad, with this nice young Russian girl, to whom I have to thank for being there to help me avoiding what could have been a big problem, namely getting there!!! Which for those who would like to try it means getting tickets and directions, from people that speak only Russian and with signs and informations only in Cyrillic... if you know what i mean ;-) and on both train stations... also on the way back we have to run a lot to catch an early train that saved us 2-3 hours waiting!!! thanks Kristina, it was really nice ... and getting inside the Refectory was something to remember too ;-)
