A strangely american place in the middle of Nowhere
We discovered this place on our way from Mariazell to Salzburg. When you walk in, you feel like you have stranded in the middle of some US-Roadmovie. You have to get the food yourself, its kind of fast-food and can sit on very western-movie-looking Tables. The food itself was good, if a bit unhealthy. Purgstall itself is pretty as well, with a scenic stream.
The same owner also has another Restaurant/Bar, called Outback-Roadhouse, which looks fun from the outside and has ten bars. We just saw it, passing by to the highway. So maybe the roadmovie-look is more australian. ;-)
