Well, I have been complaining about how everywhere is cooler than Salzburg. Then I decided to have a second look and this is the random blog about things I have been looking at...

Maybe not so boring

The suitcase of my dreams! And just a meter long too!
So, my aunt joined me and my cousin in Neuberg for our last four days. She was in shock, when she heard we didn't do a lot of trips out of the village... she is a the kind of person that always says, "Well, use public transport, its all easy and I always used to do it when I was young..." but since I know her, I have never ever seen her use a bus. I am not against public transport, but with a week of 5° C and my cousin having to study for uni, we just didn't make it to anywhere but Murzzuschlag. But then, my aunt was also shocked when I told her about my many trips to the mountains... especially because I went alone and she thought it was suicidal. hehe.
Well, she wanted to convince us both, that Murzzuschlag was the coolest place on the surface of Styria.
Isn't that too cool to be true?
.. but only I was willing to be convinced. So off to Murzzuschlag again, and it turns out, it was still a sleepy town. BUT then we went to the Railway-Museum. And this might just be the coolest place on the surface of Styria.
Aunty was there before and as it turns out, when she did visit it, it was the grand-opening, which she didn't even know. Well, the inside of the museum was all about trains... haha, what else. The funny thing was, that there was some sort of presentation of a new railwaytunnel and we were trying to be quiet while looking at the exhibits. But then, we discovered a tunnel underneath the museum, which was basically about an accident that happened in the sixties. But the videos were really loud, and since my aunt does not shy away from pulling the safety-handle, suddenly a light and sound show started, really loud.
My grandpa travelled to work in a car like that and I am immitating him!
.. immidating the braking of a locomotive. Well, the handle said, "Pull me"... still we got irritaded looks from the speaker, when we went back up.
The rest of the Museum was absolutely super as well, because there were many different types of locomotives and rides on rail. Yes, I said rides... like bicycles. Funny thing was, that my aunt really wanted to sit on one of those rides, even though we had signed an agreement, that we would not cross any boundaries. (There were no people in the big hall.) I tried to keep her from doing anything silly, but she insisted, and sat on a car and I made a picture. She was just telling me, "I checked it, there are not even any camer... oh god!", because we discovered that there actually was a camera, looking right at the car she just sat on. lol
