A friend of mine got free tickets to the Salzburg Jazz-Festival and by chance it was Dianne Reeves Concert. I only ever heard her name before, because I am not normally a big fan of Jazz. Well, this time I was invited and it was in a box as well. Funny thing was, that I wanted to go home after work to change clothes, but on this day, the bus-schedules were all crazy because of some big construction-site. So I went with Jeans and T-Shirt, which was a bit embarrassing.
But it was worth all the trouble, because the Singer had such a heart-felt way of singing, it really made me go along emotionally and I nearly cried sometimes. I think it was the most fantastic live-concert I ever went to.
Afterwards, we all, my friend, my aunt and her friend, went to the Eders, which is also a traditional Gasthaus. Sadly it was filled with football-fans, who constantly shouted.
