Los Angelisation - Shopping with Ida

The following day I hooked up with a colleague's friend who is currently living in LA. She introduced me to Beverly Hills’ style shopping (I didn’t buy anything in the end, despite our best efforts) and Shabu Shabu. The latter is a Japanese form of dining. They give you meat and veggies and you have a pan with boiling water on your table, which you can use to prepare the food yourself. It’s great fun with all the steam getting in your face and very tasty!
