The Forbidden City

            I enjoyed the Forbidden City because there were a lot of Kodak moments shall I say. I had 8 Photo Ops. with Chinese Tourists that couldn’t stop gawking at my Faux-hawk gone Mo-Hawk! Although my most memorable was with a local man that only wanted the simplest of gift he just wanted his photo of him and me and my friend Ricardo and then gave us his address so we could send it to him! I was totally taken aback buy this because in the U.S. or Brazil (where Ricardo is from) or any where no one could ask or want such a simple thing. This mans name was Dean or Da Yan in Chinese.

    I tried alot of new types of photographing here in Tiananmen Square and The Forbidden City. I used different styles and colors to get differnt feels for this Ancient city. I also couldn't stop thinking about all the history that this place had seen!

         I enjoyed the old structures and the vast courtyards of the city that once bustled with citizens of the ancient Chinese dynasties. After this long walk through all the doors, walls and courtyards we went back to the Silk Street Mall so I could get re-fitted for my suit. Then at 10 my suit was delivered I paid the 900 Yuan (great deal) and watched some football and fell asleep!
