Day 2
We woke up early today. Had some tee and coffee and than decided to see our surroundings. We went for a hike.
The whole way was up. when we came to the top I was tired as hell. I have the same fysicale condition as a seahorse has on land. Now
it was time to go down again. That went a little bit faster :-) I took a couple of pictures on the way.
When we came home we didn't do anything for an hour. After doing nothing we decided to go into town and buy some groceries. On
the park everything is more expensive. We bought some meat, because we were going to go "courmetten". We went home, did the dishes
and watched some tv. It was now time to prepare for diner. We cut the meat up in small pieces (chicken, beef and small hamburgers).
Now it was time to eat. After a couple of hours we were finished. Ron decided to take a nap and I watched some tv. Arround about 20:15
Ron came out of bed and he was preparing himself for the important soccer match of The Netherlands against Russia. In the first half
Russia was the better player but it stayed 0 - 0. In the second half Russia came ahead with 0 - 1. In the last few minutes The
Netherlands made a goal. Now they had to go in overtime. In overtime Russia made 2 goals and The Netherlands was defeated. 1 - 3 was the score.
After the match Ron went to bed angry. I don't care for soccer, so I watched a movie and went to sleep.

- bath

There is allot of nature surrounding the park and if you love that your set. The town Stavelot is nearby, but to far to walk to for a quick visit. There is public transportation, but its very limited. After 20 hours the bus doensn't go anymore.
On the park there is a swimmingpool, a bar, a midgetgolf area and a tenniscourt. You can also buy your grosseries there, but it is a little more expensive there then in a normal supermarket. If you are there with you car, you can drive to Stavelot. There is a supermarket over there.
If you want you can even hire a dvd at the reception.
On the site from Landal they have a couple of tips to go to. There are also brochures at the reception. I've been to Spa Francorchamps, the F1 racetrack. I'm not a big fan of carraces, but it was worth it to go there.
On the park you can particepate in a survivaljourney.
