The Triad of Buddhist Temples

Buddha in Mendut
Mendut, Pawon and Borobudur has standing in a straight row. It's easy to get there by public transport. There's budget bus without AC in Giwangan Bus Station the cost around $1.5 -$2. The bus will stop in Temple Bus Station. Next, you can ride 'becak', the traditional transportation is a kind of vehicle with three-wheeled and having a seat for passengers behind the driver. Many becak driver offering you to the temples. Some of them had knowledge very well but i can not make sure if they can speak in English. If they can.The driver will drive you to all location of temples and taking you back to the Temple Bus Station the cost around $5 without tip.
First, you will arrive in Mendut temple and find the impressive Buddha image (about 120 inches) inside. Then, the becak's driver will take you to Pawon temple. Actually, Pawon and Mendut not really popular than Borobudur. That's why people not occurring very often, especially the Pawon. Maybe you need about 10-20 minutes to take some pictures and see the relief's detail.
Now it's time to see our famous and the biggest buddhist temple in Indonesia, Borobudur. You' will see hundreds of Buddha image lies inside Stupa. Some people believing and say that if you can touch the Buddha's hand inside Stupa then you will get lucky in your life. Wanna try?

Hi Aswin, Thank you for your explanation. I came across your blog as I was looking for help to complete a web page I am working on. I have a website called WorldGreatestSites and I was currently working on a page about the Borobudur. I want to fill it with all the useful information and tips. As you have visited it before, I would be most grateful if you could take a look at my page and tell me if the information is accurate. If you have any interesting stories or travel tips to share about it, I would love to add it on my webpage (with acknowledgement to you, of course). Also, if you'd like to correspond with me as friends, you can write to me at this email address (I am using a graphic to reduce spam). Thank you and have a great day!
