Why?

Before I start documenting my local journeys as a local tourist (love the oxymoron), allow me to explain why this blog even exists. Aside from travel blogs, I've never been one to record down every single detail of my daily life in a blog (people seem to do that a lot these days... e.g. "Today was a good day. We went to blabla for dinner and blabla for.." boorrring!). But then I've come to realise that sometimes, some experiences are just worth journalizing. Sometimes, you discover new things, even in your own country (I still do, even after living in this small godforsaken country after 23 years. Where have I been, really??).

I don't like behaving like a tourist when I'm in another country but I occasionally find myself becoming an accidental tourist in mine! So read on and you might find something useful for your future trips to Singapore because I will not review the places I've been to and I will not give a number-label to rate the place.. you just have to judge it for yourself after reading my entries. I can't promise they'll always be reliable reviews though. hahaha.
