My first skydive in las vegas

Im not normally a praying man, but if youre up there please save me Superman!

thats me!
Well finally my pictures arrive but i am kinda dissapointed of the quality because they got it of a video camera that used a fish eyed lense. so the pics turned out funny buts cool.

ok so lets start of by saying that ive always wanted to go skydivng and after inviting my friends and family whom none i managed to convince to go with me, i decided that i dont need them and i will go on my own. so the fisrt free weekend i had i decided to jump which was right after my brothers birthday and right before fathersday.   Saturday morning i woke up early because i was really excited to jump so i got ready and ate a light breakfast cuase i didnt want to throw up accidentally. grabed my camera and of i go to boulder city.  My camera ofcourse had no batteries left but i wouldnt find that out until i arrive at the place.
haha my eyes arent closed! im just asian
.

I arrive at Skydive lasvegas and go through a mini video tuturial that was made in the 70s?? with a man on it that looked like he was one of the the people from ZZ top. anywhos.. after the vid we had another short actual tutorial on how to fall and land safely.. then off to jump.  i put on my jump suite and they straped all the straps on me which was really tight (which was good) but really tight (which was bad) because it hurt and pinch around my danger zone... we steped in the plane.  there were seven jumpers not including the dive masters.  we were packed in there like sardines.  there was only one girl jumping and she was sitting infront of me.  so everyone got to know each other very well in that tight space. =]  the girl jumped first, then a guy, then it was my turn.
Wooohoooo!
i sat on the ledge of the plane with my legs dangling underneath it. then i was pushed off by my jump master and down i go!!  the view was amazing! i could see lake mead, the grand canyon and las vegas!  the feeling is (insert awesome descriptive word here).  sometimes it was difficult to breathe but all you had to do was yell and you had instant air in your lungs.  i think after three minutes of free fall (felt like three minutes, probably alot less) , he opened the chute and down we drift to our landing site.  he pulled on one side of the chute which made us go spiral down and that was the part that made me dizzy. other than that the dive was exhilirating.  we landed by skidding down onto the dirt and it was over!.. very short but what an experience.  i thanked my dive master Russ.  and drove back home to las vegas.  i couldnt eat anything for a few hours after that because i was still dizzy but i did get free breakfast from Amy. then i headed back home. cancelled my movie plans with my friends and crashed into bed...

and that was my skydiving adventure. =]

Also one of the best things I ever did in my life, this is an experience that you can't describe to anyone, they will just have to try for themselves!
