We spent much time at this mall, especially to eat at our favorite place in the foodcourt (3rd Floor) = Warung Bumbu, with their special menu and shane's favorite = Cheese Cassava.
At this mall we bought many gifts for family and friends and a few things for ourselves, including a dress for my niece as well as items from the Bintang Original Store (1st Floor, right wing). I bought a cool Koi Koi necklace at SoGo and asri got some cool pants, and i convinced her to get another pair in a diff. color :) for more see the review below.
I bought a ice/heat pack for my back at century health care(same level as sogo) there is a money exchanger on same floor as Bintang, massage place, nike store, hair place(cheap compared to the states),atm amchines, clogs, etc.
Ate lunch once at A&W and Bakso at Es Teler 77 for Asri. We also munched and grazed a litle at Pizza Hut and KFC.
At the Discovery Mall, Electronic Solution, 3rd Floor, I tried this massage chair, was really cool and comfy. Would love it oneday! $2000.00+ not including shipping. This th was awesome, it filled with pressure air like and airbag around your lower legs and everything, so many different types of massage settings including pressure point masage... I was in total heaven :)
There's also a DVD rental across the mall, we rented a DVD player for IDR 30,000 ($3.30) per 24 hours and bought some DVDs to watch while there was nothing to do. This 2nd time in Kuta was for relaxing more, trying to heal my back and it was hot so we chilled at the mall or rested in the room when it was hot and ventured out when cooler.
