Rishikesh

It was bak in the summer of 2006. Beautiful valleys of rishikesh looked even more scenic in the sun of summers. The trip organised by indiatimes made it even more earthly by going extra mile and making the preparations of our stay in a wonderful Dharamshala. The aura of the place was multiplied by the hospitality of people. Wonderful and nice place with delicious food. The rafting and camping on the next day filled the trip with all kinds of adventurous stuff. The adventure took its toll but prompt conveyance made the journey very comfortable. The visit to all temples and ghats could never be forgotten. It will always make me realise the truth of my roots and all the religious beliefs attached to it. After a 3 day stay we moved on our way to mussorie. But these 3 days will live in memories forever.
