hanging in Belfast with a great TravBuddy friend!

Now me and Lori both woke up feeling pretty yukky, we were both sneezing, coughing and watery eyes :( we got changed and ready and checked out of the minging hostel and had a walk into Belfast city centre but everything was closed as it was a Sunday of course so we sat in a McDonalds for a while and walked around and took some silly photos :) we headed back to the hostel to pick our suitcases up and head to the bus station, the walk took about 15 mins and me being a gentleman let Lori rest her bag on my suitcase and dragged it, i couldnt say no she makes such a cute ill person! haha!

Got to bus station around 3 and our buses were at 3.30, Lori had to get the bus to CIty Airport and I ha to go to the International airport and I got the bus to Belfast Internashhhhhnal Airport costs 6 pounds and takes about 20 minutes as the airport is over 15 miles away, City airport is a betteroption as its only 3 miles from the city centre. My flight with EasyJet was at 6 so i had a while, check in took 10mins, its a small airport, EasyJet have a large base there though. Security peeved me, i had a small tub of half empty hair wax in my bag and the lady told me I had to throw it away or pay 1 pound to buy a see through bag (which are all supplied free at other airports) so i threw it away, no point in paying a pound for a half empty tub!

I got a burger from BK and sat and ate it and started reading my new book and then headed over to my gate where im still reading and not noticing no other people around at all and at 5.40 i walk out into the main terminal and see i was at the wrong gate and have to run through the airport and just make it to my gate. Its a busy flight, we walk out to the plane on the tarmac. I have to take a middle seat, the window seat and all other seats are taken. A catholic man does his prayers on take off next to me and I have a yobbish lout on the other side haha, hes about as scary as my underwear ;p

Get into Gatwick about 7, we have to get a bus from the aircraft to the terminal and i see lots of Monarch Airlines Boeing 757 and their AIrbus A300 and i get so excited as I will soon be c/crew on them!!
