When I was a kid, my favourite tome from our children's encyclopedia was titled 'journey to the cities of the world'. I am now 28 years old. I quit my job 3 days ago and decided to realise one of my childhood dreams. To see the world.

Bombay.. by chance!

random day in Mumbai. We really lived the "Kingfisher Experience" after heading to goa airpot with the intention to catch a flight to Jaipur and ending up in Mumbai! So we made the most of it and spent a night in Colaba, the young district of southern Bombay. This city is the commercial centre of India and certainly feels like it. Incredibly crowded, with enourmous traffic jams and with the extremes of both wealth and poverty evident.

The city is really alive. You could easily tell that if you are young and Indian - this is were you'd wanna be.
