Nanjing Hotel Shanghai

I'v found this hotel online.i'v read so many positive reviews about it.in my opinion,it's a great place to stay if you just stay in the city for few days n don't need a fancy place to stay.it's easy to find this hotel in most hotels websites at ranged btw USD50-80.rooms are clean,showers are powerful enough.staff can speak average english,but don't expect too much service from them.GREAT location,it's in a side street of the main part of Nanjing road.only 3mins walk from the subway station,1min walk from the main street,right next to bunch of local restaurants.totally convenient,but away from the noise.make sure you'll try out those little restaurants.they serve very delicious food at reasonable price.

I was recommended to chk out this restaurant.I like it quite a log.The restaurant is divided into 3 different levels.They all serve same menu but at different prices.The ground floor is for take away only.as u can guess,that's the cheapest one.It costs like RMB18 (i.e less than USD3) for a dozen of dumplings.as u can imagine,the highest one is the most expensive one.It's still at the affordable prices.dumplings cost RMB22 for half dozen of dumplings.you gotta pay for the service,right? Make sure you will try their crab meat dumpling n deep fried egg rolls wz shrimps n vegie.

I bought a train package(i.e USD16,RMB135),which includes the round trip train tkt crossing the Huangpu river,RMB100 worth entrance fee tkt to the tower.however,I found that there are actually few types of tkts to the tower offered at the tower entrance.1/the cheapest tkt is RMB100.(that's what i got)You may go up to the 1st sightseeing level of the tower and free entry to the museum at the bottom of the tower.2/tkt costs ard RMB150.other than the 1st sightseeing level n the museum,you could go up to the 2nd ball of the tower,which is the top level.Acconding to the description of the leaflets,it's a spaceship like model.I ain't too sure what kind of satisfaction you may get from it.3/tkt costs ard RMB260 per person for having either lunch or dinner up to their 360 revolving restaurant.it cost there.(I did't try it.food usually not good in any tourist landmarks,in my opinion)
