If you don´t want carbonated water, be sure to specify ¨sin gas¨. I didn´t, and I had a very unpleasant experience.

Don´t mistake ¨con gas?¨ with a poorly pronounced ¨in a glass?¨...
Carbonated water tainted my experience here, but the food was good. It's a covered outdoor restaurant in an almost unbelievably attractive setting.

The restaurant is somewhat in the middle of no-where (outside of Cuzco by quite a few kilometers) but if you're in the area, you may enjoy stopping by!
