Ballestar islands pt 1
So we got up at something insane like 4am, had our showers, got dressed and went to get the transport for our trip to Ballestar islands. We was put in a taxi and sent to the bus station, where we caught a bus to Pisco. It takes a hour to get to`Pisco, and the drive isnt a uncomfortble ride, unlike the road to Nazca, which is bumps and lumps all the way.
Pisco is a town of no real glamour or outstanding beauty, and for some reason i thought maybe it would be a bit more interesting, but it seems the only interesting thing about the town is that it has the same name as Peru´s fav tipple "Pisco".
We met with our tour guide at the station, was placed on a mini bus, and driven to all the other trippers hotels and hostels, once everyone was collected, we set off for the ballestar islands.
