Our travel to Rurrenabaque

For the holiday of the end of year and for wait the new year, my wife and I decided to travel to Rurrenabaque (Department of Beni) and that from this point take the tours to the Rio Yacuma (Department of Beni) and to the Madidi park (Department of La Paz)
We decided to travel by plane because december is the rainy season and the roads to Beni can get no good, and I did not want to drive

For the trip we decided to go by the airline "Amaszonas" which is the airline of tourists, this airline has some small aircraft but comfortable and security (The truth I don’t know the type or model of these aircraft)
We departure from the “El Alto” airport in La Paz and the flight has a duration of only an half hour.

This flight is above the “Los Andes” and on a clear day you can see the mountains of “Los Andes” from the top.
When we are near from our arrived at destination (Rurrenabaque) the pilot informed us that we landed in “Reyes” (Another city near Rurrenabaque) already reported that it had rained in Rurrenabaque and the track was wet and therefore is inoperable until dry.

We landed at the airport of “Reyes” (who is also a nice town from Beni) where we picked up on the bus from the airline to take us by land to Rurrenabaque by what we had to travel about an extra half hour.
We arrived at Rurrenabaque and we went to the hotel Ambaibo, to rest and start our vacation in this beautiful place.

Para las vacaciones de fin de año y para esperar el año nuevo, mi esposa y yo decidimos viajar a Rurrenabaque (Departamento del Beni) y  desde ese punto tomar los viajes al Río Yacuma (Departamento de Beni) y al Parque Madidi(Departamento de La Paz)
Hemos decidido viajar en avión porque diciembre es la temporada de lluvias y las carreteras al Beni no siempre estan bien y yo no quería conducir
Para el viaje decidimos ir por la línea aérea "Amaszonas" que es la línea aérea de los turistas, esta aerolínea cuenta con algunos aviones pequeños, pero cómodos y seguros (La verdad no sé el tipo o modelo de estos aviones)
Partimos del aeropuerto de "El Alto" el aeropuerto de la ciudad de La Paz y el vuelo tuvo una duración de sólo una media hora.

In the airport of La Paz "El Alto"

Este vuelo es por encima de “La Cordillera de Los Andes" y en un día claro se puede ver las montañas nevadas de "Los Andes".
Cuando estabamos cerca de llegar a nuestro destino (Rurrenabaque), el piloto nos informó de que aterrizabamos en "Reyes" (otra ciudad, cerca de Rurrenabaque) ya que se informó de que había llovido en Rurrenabaque y la pista estaba mojada y por lo tanto inoperable hasta que seque.
Aterrizamos en el aeropuerto de "Reyes" (que también es un lindo lugar del Beni), de donde nos recogió el autobús de la línea aérea, el cual   nos llevo por tierra a Rurrenabaque por lo que tuvimos que viajar alrededor de una media hora extra.
Llegamos a Rurrenabaque y nos fuimos al Hotel Ambaibo, para descansar y empezar a nuestras vacaciones en este bello lugar.
