My birthplace and my home. The capital of North Carolina and the second largest city in the state. "The City of Oaks" is one of the fastest growing cities in the US.
Good place to listen to live music and party
Great place to go on Friday or Saturday nights. On Friday and Saturday they will have a live band playing. Friday and Saturday nights they also have a 5 dollar cover charge which usually starts at about 10pm. Tuesday night is trivia night. The trivia night is a great time to meet new people. You also have a chance to win some money. I think Thursday night is 80's night. They have good drink specials on Thursday nights. The people who work here are also very professional and friendly. Overall this may be my favorite bar in Raleigh.
Perfect place for the family or a picnic
Perfect place to bring children. This place has a carousel, miniature train, playground, paddle boats and a swimming pool.
Pullen Park Carousel
Good burgers, cheap beer, fun place
Good place to watch an NC State game on tv. Try the East Village burger. Coors Light on special for $1.75.
Hibernian Irish Pub
Good pub to socialize. Nice decor inside. Cool little patio area.
