I usually go to Sarajevo to visit my family. The first few pictures are of my dad's aunt making pitas, which is a Bosnian pie. The woman is an expert and she makes 3 in like 20 mins. My favourite pita is a potato pita so she made me two potato pitas and one cheese pita. I documented the process because my new goal in life is to make a pita that's both pretty and tasty (so far I've only managed to make tasty, but ugly pitas).
