Life, Liberty And The Pursuit Of....Happiness

I awoke as the sun crept its busy way through the thick jungle canopy far above my head. It was a beautiful feeling. I found it hard to sum up the emotions of how I felt at that moment and I still do.

The best that I could come up with was to whisper across to Simon's hammock, "Buddy... we've made it... we're finally in the jungle proper" then we just lay there in our hammocks to soak up the sounds of the jungle and to truly come to terms with where we have found ourselves.
