This is a casual blog of my holiday in Ireland this past summer. I went with some great friends that I rarely get to see anymore and we spent as much time hanging out as touring, but it was well worth it!

Galway City was more my kind of place than Dublin.  Beautiful city!  Much more of a medieval feel, slower paced.  Great food and caught some excellent traditional music too.

Apparently, August 11th or 12th is sheep shearing day in Ireland.  All of the (many) sheep that we passed were fluffy on the ride out, and naked on the bus ride back.
