Believe it or Not
November 22, 1998
My dad likes to find those random places to take his children and this trip was to be no exception. While in Florida we visited 'Ripley's Believe it or Not'; which as I recall was actually closed or the kids voted it down, I just remember the building being really cool. The building appeared to be sinking into one of Florida's famous sink holes. We then went to the Worlds Largest Entertainment McDonald's the place was two stories and had a shark in the fish tank inside. Talk about Super-Size me. It had a huge play place including a 60' slide for the kids and a gourmet menu for the adults but the place was absolutely packed with screaming kids.
One evening we went to a wonderful Murder Mystery Dinner and had an absolutely wonderful time trying to figure out 'who done it', we didn't even care about the food, which was good as I recall. I love dinner theater.
