if the Bushcamper is fixed ..... ..... of course it wasn`t! The guy did not even call the garage until we got back from Litchfield to find out about the Bushcamper condition ....... strange service. We had to ask him to call.
Garage: "Not sure yet .... need to do some more work on it - might need 3 - 4 days to fix (Friday) it" Rental: " hmmm maybe we should bring it down to Perth when it gets to expensive to fix .... and we will pay you the money back for the rental ........." to keep it short and simple ...... after a lot of talking we got the feeling that this rental company did not really care at all!!
Now (once again) we had to change our route we were planing to do this time in Kakadu, we already had to do that in Litchfield. Thank you, now we have a 2WD instead of 4WD in Kakadu! The crazy thing was that this broken vehicle was not used by a customer before, they actually brought it up from Perth for us then to find out in Darwin that something in floating around in the tank!! DO A CHECK before you send out vehicles!
Later on (another story) we had to find out that they do not really do a check if EVERYTHING is working before they give campers to customers!
I will never ever book anything with that company again!!
