Basically, as any young person does, i've taken a hiatus from real life, quit my job, sold everything i've own and opted for a life (albeit short term) on the road, dirty, tired, living out of my backpack, with an annoying best mate going on a soul search! .........sounds good???..... I wouldn't have it any other way!

Caught in the rain in Campeche

...keeping the ´circus´moving, we caught the bus up to campeche. a nice town on the west coast of the Yucatan. When we arrived, we didnt do much more than simply absorb the local (somewhat laid back) lifestyle. we hired some bikes, and watched a massive storm move in, then wipe us out on the bikes. apparently drainage isnt really a priority in these parts.... at times we were riding through 6 inches of water.... and loving it!

had a hard time finding good cheap food, and the dorm was stinking hot, so decided to move on... next stop piste - the town near chitchen itza....
