Gatwick Baggage reclaim

On Friday I slept in late and then had a nice long shower, despite Dā€™s attempts to limit my hot water. Nice try D, better luck next time! I cleared out the car and we headed out to meet L & J for lunch.

After a rather rushed packing session on my return we high tailed it over to the airport. My Niece I played about on the seats and made herself dizzy spinning around on the carpet before waving me off through security.

I watched some strange film with Cameron Diaz (she was in the film, not watching it with me unfortunately) and then a Harry Potter. The flight took us to Glasgow first and then on to Gatwick so after Glasgow I could spread out on the free seats.

I waited at the baggage reclaim for what seamed like hours. Finally I consulted the handling office and they filed a missing bag report. With only my laptop and the clothes I was standing up in I went and met M & D for the ride home. Luckily they brought homemade roast chicken sandwiches, which made up for the lack of suitcase.
