Absolute Bakery & Cafe

The Absolute Bakery & Cafe in the small town of Mancos, Colorado, is a great place for breakfast or lunch. The casual, simple and friendly atmosphere is very inviting and the food offered is high quality. Using fresh and organic ingredients they serve several warm dishes including soups, omlettes and sandwiches as well as delicious baked-goods such as cookies, muffins, etc. There's a coffee-shop-like atmosphere and there are different coffees, teas and juices to choose from and even a little "library" (a fair collection of used books).

Overall, I can highly recommend this place and if you're around Durango, Colorado, or Mesa Verde National Park the Absolute Bakery & Cafe is definitely worth a visit for good food and a friendly atmosphere.
