I arrived in Guatemala City very late! And of course my suitcase did not make it! GREAT! I filled out all the paperwork at the "lost and found" and hoped that I would get it next day with the next flight!!!
----- Well it took them excatly 4 days and me a lot of phone calls!! They kept telling me all kind of stories -----
I was glad that the family I was staying with gave me some basic things so I can survive the first days! The airline staff kept promising me - "tomorrow you will get your suitcase, yes we received your suitcase it will be delivered tomorrow" - yeah right! When I called them the day after tomorrow, again they told me tomorrow or that they did not locate it yet... and so on blablabla...... I felt like I was on one of those comedy shows - but it was not really funny!
