Cool Lounge for Cool Travbuddies ~ Nesomeze

Another night out with the LA Core Crew - but this time we were going to add some "NEW" local people and some not so local people that happened to be in the area.
We originally were going to go out towards Long Beach, but we had several Southern Californians that wanted to head over to the meet-up, but the trek to Long Beach would have been a rough 2-3 hour drive for these people living in the San Fernando Valley area.

We still didn't know what was going on and exactly how many people were going, so on the night before the meet-up, Jenn and I decided to change the venue at the last minute! Uh-oh!!! We hadn't heard from Erin yet, I had called her on her cell phone a couple of days prior with all my contact information, but I was at a lost on what to do since I know she was planning this. Did something happen? Is everything ok? Jenn then stated, let's just put the word out there - that there is a change in venue and contact everyone we know who said yes. Marvelous Jenn was able to do that and at the last minute (I didn't know) got a hold of Erin! The entire day I was concerned about what was going to happen...a split TB meet-up! We can't have that! As the time drew closer - Jenn was able to calm my fears and let me know that she had finally communicated with Erin and Neomeze was cool! Great! I heard this place was like a totally ultra cool lounge place - so I was up for it!

New venue: Neomeze in Old Town Pasadena. Rob and I were communicating with Jenn regarding getting there early so that we could save some tables - because we weren't quite sure exactly how many people were going to show up - so we decided to join Jenn at 5-5:30pm at Neomeze.

When we arrived, Jenn was there and a new "local" Travbuddy - who grew up in the same area I did! LoganBruin aka Paul! Very nice to meet you Paul! What a life - has traveled to 99% of the world ~ all that's missing is Korea! When will that ever happen to me? Hmmmm???? Never????

Next to arrive was Erin herself (poohstanggt) and I told her that I was concerned when I didn't hear from her. Well, I left a message on her work cellphone and she was busy that day I called and didn't have a chance to call back. No worries, I'm just glad it was communicated to her! Next to arrive was Tracy!!!! Whoo-hoo!!! My sister from another mother!

We decided to carry this party outside to the lounge area and we occupied 1/3 of the outdoor patio! What a great place! The ambience was cool and the music was cooler add in the Travbuddies and it was the coolest place to be on a warm saturday night!

As usual, I had the time of my life and it was a great send-off before Rob and my European Travel Adventure! Hope to see everyone very soon!
