... I remember that they told us in the beginning of the trip that they keep tourists out of Colombo because of the bomb attacks they had recently.
But of course we had to go through Colombo - my hotel was north of it in Negombo near the airport. By the time we got to Colombo it was Rush Hour, so the driver took a little detour. I think now I have seen all of the city center - at least now I got the chance to see Colombo as well!...... if there wasn`t that problem with the bathroom!!!
And just by the way they mentioned where they had the last bomb attack a few weeks ago when we drove past it!! Great! :-(
