I just couldn't get enough pictures of the Wall. It was surreal that I was actually there.
I still can't believe I climbed the Great Wall ! It was amazing ! What a view ! We climbed it at Badaling & let me tell you it was tougher than I thought it would be. So much of it is uphill and steep ! Bring lots of water and shoes with good grip. However the climb to the highest point is sooo worth it, don't give up ! Alot of people did give up because they were out of breath or their legs were hurting, but just keep going ! There was a little girl in front of me with her mom & I just said if she can do it, I can do it ! (You can see her in my pictures :o) She was so serious but she kept waving to me, so cute.) Also many chinese tourists asked for my picture at the top (a redhead in China is sooo rare I lost count of how many people asked me to be in their pictures !). I have many more pictures to post of Beijing, this installment was just of the Great Wall.
