The city of Adelaide
March 18, 2008
We have gone out for a drive and decided to stop and take a couple of photos. Normally we just drive past as it is something we take for granted. We stopped on Motifiorre Hill. This is where the surveyor general, Colonel William Light, stood and pointed towards where he wanted the city of Adelaide built. Of course now it is a statue of Colonel Light but it is interesting. I am sure there was more to the decision of where the city was built.
