Nick eating a belgium waffle with melted belgium chocolate all over it in Luxembourg Centre

Well, we did the 3 country menu today. Breakfast in Germany, Lunch in Luxembourg and then dinner in Belgium.

Had a nice drive from Saarburg to Luxembourg although was a little foggy most of the way. Managed to get down to about 1deg C so was pretty darn cold out.

We ended up having lunch at the same restaurant Cameron and I went to when we visited on our honeymoon in 2004, Le Beaujolais. The town square was all decked out with a Christmas market type set up. Very busy too. We bought some massive (and i mean huge) chocolate (belgium of course) covered marshmallows. None of that chewy out of a bag from the supermarket stuff. This was the real deal. YUM YUM. And just coz we could, and we are piggies... we finished that off with some freshly made waffles with melted belgium chocolate. OMIGOD. Send me a bucket it was sooooo good!!!

Then, we popped off to the Villeroy and Boch factory outlet to see what goodies we could find. Ashley scored well as she always does. We also bought a 35Euro 'carton surprise' but that ended up have three pieces of crap and the rest was white china plates and cups. Nice though so will probably bring the crockery home. The other crap got left in a hotel in Libramont in Belgium.
