Well breaky again with KL opting for the big English breaky today. We checked out and stored our bags at the hotel and booked our transport to the airport. We took the metro to Chelsea Football Club and booked a tour for 3pm then headed back to Kensington Palace for a tour there. This was great and we had some lunch on the way back to Chelsea.

The tour was fantastic and our tour guide "Robbo" was great. Nick got his photo with that actual "FA CUP" and photos everywhere including the press room, players lockers, field and grandstand. It was all very interesting. We had a quick coffee and back to the hotel just in time to head to the airport.

We checked in at Heathrow and awaited our flight. Unfortunately we couldn't get access to the British Airways lounge because the classed Nick as an adult (14) and I was only allowed one guest.

The woman at the counter was quite rude and needs some lessons on customer service but that's enough said of that. KL and Ashley waited inside the lounge while Nick and Cam stayed outside.

Once again the flight and cabin crew of Qantas was excellent. Ashley travelled well and we all survived the 12 hour flight to Singapore, seven hour flight to Melbourne and then the 1.5 hour flight to Adelaide. Although very tired and not smelling the best after almost 48 hours on the road.

One of our bags went missing in Melbourne so we lodged a lost bag report and then headed to our flight to Adelaide. When we arrived in Adelaide the missing bag was the first bag on the luggage belt. Yippee!

Dad picked us up from the airport and home we went. Showers, coffee, quick chat then off to bed. We picked our two fluffy children up later that same night.

Holiday wrap up to follow!
