Our yummy lunch Melissa made

The weather was pretty bad and the rain was pretty steady all day.  Melissa got up at the crack of dawn and headed to the gym and wanted to cook lunch for Julz and I.  How sweet is that??!!?  We had decided we would hit a movie during the afternoon and then dinner, drinks, and maybe some dancing that night.  Given that, we lounged around the house during the day and Melissa made a super yummy lunch - caesar salad, and pasta with meatballs. Yeah baby! :-)

We then got ready and headed off to Town Centerto see the new release, "He's Just Not That Into You" Although somewhat of a chick flick, OMG...it was hilarious! My friend Michelle met up with us for the movie and we all enjoyed our girls afternoon together!  Next was a quick run through of the H&M store there - love that place!

By then, it was already 7ish and the girls were getting hungry.

Girls night out at White Chocolate Grill!
We had planned to do White Chocolate Grill which Melissa had been raving about - with a name like that, you know their desserts had to be good.  We changed and headed off to the restaurant.  It was pretty busy but we got a spot at one of the bar tables and omg, so glad we did.  The bartenders were certainly very easy on the eyes and the atmosphere was great.  We did this multi course dinner special that had an appetizer, salad, and dessert (moooooooo!) but everything was oh so yummy.  I had a parmesan crusted filet mignon which was heavenly!  And with two incredible glasses of red wine, I was set for the evening!

We spent quite a time joking and chatting with the bartenders which was fun.  And at the end of the night, the one bartender (with the oh so cool name.

...Aaron), gave us a dessert that was on a to go order but the person changed their mind.  So, after all that, we took home a bread pudding after we inhaled a white chocolate brownie and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.  Can you say, heaven?!?! :D

Next, we headed to Mandalay Bay to check out Eye Candy since it was free but we weren't quite feeling the vibe.  We wandered over to Forty Deuce where Melissa talked the guy running the line into letting us in for 1/2 price but we weren't in there too long as it was pretty small and we would've had to stand another 1 1/2 hours for the show to begin.  I got a couple pics of the chick dancing when we arrived and then it was back off to Eye Candy.  We stayed there for a bit and all decided we were tired and with the 9 hour drive looming for me, we headed home to get a good night sleep.
