How can I not have a local Las Vegas blog after living there for four years and my regular visits back. I still consider myself a part time local since I still have a house there and seem to visit every month or two! Many other visits are under their own blogs due to meetups! *Under Construction*

Oreo Pancakes - YUM!

On our way home from the Tucson meet up the week before, we found a restaurant that had the most yummy Oreo pancakes! Melanie, Melissa, Brett, and I split one and thank heaven we did because it was huge! Well, Melanie and I kept talking about these pancakes and decided to make them at home. :-)

Melanie was crazy in the kitchen and made a bunch of extra ones so she could freeze and take to her family and friends in LA when she went a couple days later. She decided to step things up and be even a notch more evil. She took the caramel waffle cookies Brett brought from the Netherlands and put some of those in the pancakes. OMG - the gooey caramel was to die for!

Needless to say, we chowed for days on pancakes and I probably gained 5 lbs before heading back to Sacramento after that!
