BA flight from Manchester to Heathrow, London to Los Angeles.
Got through customs ok and both bags were there on the carousel ! Went through and used one of the phones to ring up the Hotel (The Hacienda Hotel) to get the shuttle bus.
Made my first mistake, asked where the lift was !!
