hanging out =P
Today begins with hanging out with my college friends all day in the OC. We visit Westminster for bun and spring rolls and of course sugar cane juice, yum yum!! End up at South Coast Plaza and once you set me free in that mall, it's hard to leave! Ahh! It's already 5:30 and I have not even visited the new Bloomingdale's yet, sorry TB people I will have to join you after. Finally get a hold of the girlies while I am literally pulling in the valet at Baja Cantina and find out they are not there. Get to the spot and was really happy with this place coz I could actually hear people talk and mingle. Got to meet Eric and Lisa this night. I can tell Lisa and I have alot in common and I am really looking forward to hanging with her next time in LA to eat some raw/organic food with her. She is a sweetie. :) Not much to say about the night except it was fun, Mel was a nutcase as usual crawling on the floor and searching for her purse which I held in safety for her, and had fun laughing and chatting it up with Jilly Bean (uh oh-new nickname I just made up) haha. Also, got to get step by step cooking directions from Alice. I can so talk to Alice for hours. :) It's like talking to a live person from the food network. Fun night!
