Hotel lobby (not a great picture)

These pictures are of the gardens and pools at the hotel. My niece and nephew had a great time at the pool. I did, too. I love relaxing and getting some sun. The pool had a slide that my niece and nephew got to enjoy. I was waiting for them at the bottom, since they would not be able to stand. My nephew came first and I caught him ok. Then my niece came sliding down. Not only was she coming down, but she was coming down fast! She was honestly a blur! When she hit the water, she hit so fast, she slipped my waiting arms! I was digging thru the water trying to find her, and feeling underwater as well. It was pretty difficult to see where she was at because even though it's clear water, the water coming down the slide was making bubbles. I finally saw her pop her face out of from under the water and I grabbed her so quick! She wasn't crying, but she did ask why I didn't get her.  This was all caught on video tape, by the way. We were looking at it later and the look on my face was one of concern and confussion.  I was reading my lips and I mouthed, "Where did she go?" But it turned out well.

The gardens were also nice, as well. It is very interesting how there could be flowers and trees growing on lava. It looks so beautiful, though. I really enjoyed it!
