West Virginia town

Charles Town (not to be confused with "Charleston") is mainly known for it's casino and racetrack--an effort to bring out-of-state cash into the area... Other than that, the town is a little bit scruffy... but quite active--all the park benches at the park were being occupied.  I did my set on a bench downtown--a couple of rednecks yelled at me as they drove past... that was about it...
