Day 6B - Never Been So Happy To See Singapore

At 6:00 PM Singapore time, we arrived in Changi. I went first to the free internet area, I chatted with my manager in Manila who thought I went awol and he even pondered of reporting me to the HR, until they surfed the net to find out about the cyclone in Myanmar.

By 7:00 PM, we were already eating in Popeyes Chicken. We were all silent, focused on the food in front of us. I finished 3 pieces chicken, fries and biscuits. The best meal ever!!!

By 7:30 PM, we were queuing up in KLM for my friend who missed her flight to Cork, Ireland. She was our primary concern because Ireland is 14 hours away from Singapore. I really didn't worry that I missed my flight to Manila. I was not willing to push the river again.

By 8:00 PM, my friend got a confirmation that she has a seat in a KLM flight to Amsterdam and that she would only pay some penalty and not the whole amount of the ticket. This was one of the happiest moment for her in the past 3 days. We all went home to freshen up.

By 9:30 PM, we bid goodbye to her again in Changi.

10:30 PM, we were back in our place. Me packing my stuffs, the rest were eating dinner for the second time. My old housemates were there as well.

11:30 PM, we started drinking vodka. With sprite?

2:30 AM, we finished with Vodka, we washed it with beer. Then we called it a night, I still have a flight to catch at 7:30 AM. :)
