Behind the tea leaves

Five days later, I went to Situ Patenggang again. I was crazy huh? Visit that place again in the same week? But, this time I went there with my friends. I was the one who recommended them to visit the lake. This time, we stopped at the tea plantation and took pictures. It was very beautiful. The plantation was just like curly green carpet.

What was special that day, we brought our lunches. We had managed who brought what. I brought shrimp nugget and fried tofu. We rented a mat and spread it on the spot that very closed to the lake. We didn't care about what other people thought about us. We realized that what we did was unusual. but we still did it.

It was cloudy so it was comfortable enough to have lunch under the sky. The cool air made us even hungrier. The food was so yummy. There was sambal (traditional chili sauce) and lalap (raw vegetables). I was sure that other people was jealous looking us haveing lunch on the mat very closed to the lake.

After having lunch and enjoying the air, we took some pictures and leaved. Why? Because we wanted to go to Kawah Putih! Again? Yes again!

But, we were not lucky. When we arrived at Kawah Putih, it was raining. It was fogged, very thick and very cold. Some of my friends was determined to go to the crater. I decided to stay in the car with my 2 friends. So, we just waited and chatted.

When my friends came back from the crater, I could see the situation at the crater from their pictures. It was all white!
