The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame!
As we progressed into Cleveland
, we knew we had some time to kill due to our good friend Dave's plane arriving. He would be flying in from Rhode Island (best state ever) to finish off the trip with us. He's a civil engineer and of course we all know what that means. Wait, you don't know what that means? It means his handy dandy map goes everywhere with him (GPS is over rated!).
We checked out the outside of Progressive Field where the Indians play ball (or try to) and then the Cleveland Browns Stadium (where they Epic Fail even more). Then was onto something way cooler...
THE ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME! This place was awesome and I suggest to any true music lover.
Cleveland Browns Stadium
I have to say though that it definitely had way more of a drug influence then I was ready for. Then again, half the stuff Janis Joplin did she had to be on some sort of cloud. Either way its worth seeing as they have some unique rock and roll artifacts and the stories to go with them. We both utilized our (expired) student ID's from the University of Rhode Island and got a decent discount. As we said goodbye to our short stay in Cleveland, Alaric made me promise to come back there for Brown's home game (which I reminded him would be cheap because they stink). After being an honorary Browns fan at the Jets game (I'm a Giants fan to clear the record) I told him it would have to take some sort of bribe. Anyways, off to the airport now to pick up the man of the hour Dave DeSimone!
