Hakata
We arrived at Hakata by night bus from Tokyo, which took us more than 12 hours (**).
But it was kinda fun because whenever stopping by for a break, we could try and taste the local "omiyage(suvenior) food".
I ate Kibidango(sticky rice with black sweet beans inside" on a way in Okayama prefecture :)
Japanese love Ramen, noodle. I do not like it because I will get bored of the taste before finishing it. Also the soup is too rich for me. My friends want to try Hakata Ramen, which is famous for its "Tonkotsu soup(soup made from pig bone)" so that I ate it as their accompany. We went to a famous ramen shop which the local recommended. Actually, I really liked it. The noodles are different from what I know about ramen, more like soumen, thinner noodle. The soup was not so much rich neither. I miss the taste. I definately will go to eat it at a branch shop in Tokyo sometime in future.
