Montreal mini meet-up

Day 6 - sunny-cloudy-rainy

I did a bit of sightseeing with Nico in the afternoon. Warren and Tom are coming to Montreal from Toronto today so we were looking for a bus terminal. Of course I don't know where the terminal was, so was Nico.. We walked around the city and trying to find a place but couldn't find so he asked some people and we finally found it. It was a couple of blocks away from where I stayed.. lol!

When we got to the terminal, Warren and Tom were already there. We all said 'hi' and 'nice to meet you'.  They look tired from long bus trip.
We all went to Nico's apartment to relax a bit.

Our frist plan for Montreal mini meetup was Thursday night but for some reason, Mario thought it was tonight. Well, we had no plans tonight so we decided to meetup at night.

Tom had no place to stay so I suggested my hostel. We all went to my hostel before we meetup with Mario and Tom got a room for 4 nights. Good!! Nico, Warren and I left to meetup with Mario. Tom had to do something with hostel's stuff so we left him but he's coming later.
Mario and I were texting where and what time to meet.  He made us rush!! Our first plan was 8pm but  he wanted to eat first so changed to 7:30pm. By the time we got there was 8pm.. haha!!
I finally met Mario!! He's so funny!!!!! hahahaha :D I didn't feel it was first time seeing him!

We went to Thai restaurant. Umm.. not really Thai.. Asian noodle restaurant..!?  Mario's gf, Val was supposed to come but she was tired so she couldn't come.. :(  But I got chance to talk to her on the phone (mario's phone). She's so sweet, can't wait to see her!!
A little while later, Tom showed up, wet. Yup, it was raining. This restaurant was a few blocks away from our hostel but he got lost! haha!!
When our food was surved, Nancy came. She's from Montreal too. She has a cool hair style! I like it!!!!
We start taking pictures of everything! haha. Warren was taking hundreds of pictures there. He even took pics of kitchen!!
After dinner, we hit to a bar near the restaurant. That area is full of bars and restaurants.
We had some drinks there. Warren was dancing for the whole time. I don't think he sat down..  We took more pics, talked and laughed a lot. I guess we all love to laugh! hahaha

People in Montreal are really nice!! I don't speak any French but if I knew some, it would be more fun. I think it's time for me to learn some French!?
