The sights of London with Lisa

Today, I went and met an old friend Lisa. She showed me big ben, he really is big. We wandered around Picadilly Circus, Trafaglar Square and more. It was really cool. I can’t believe how busy it was! There were people everywhere and traffic was nuts. I found the cool little pub called the Maple Leaf, it is so cute. I will have to go back for a drink! I also found the Canadian shop, well, Lisa did, she needed some Canadian chocolate bars and pumpkin pie filling. Strange, I thought they would have it here, but no.
I got two really cheap pashmina scarves, they are pretty soft for only being 1.70 pounds! Then, I found a really neat lady who sells tea at the picadilly market, she may become my new tea vendor. I really am getting old! Ha ha!
After lunch at Boots (a drugstore which also has cheap take away meals) and watching the street performers, we headed home. I was getting tired. Thanks for the tour Lisa!
Later on today, Mandy and I went out to eat at a Vietnamese place. It was okay, but they had no rooster sauce! We had ordered some spring rolls, which were definitely dodgy, but the sauce for them was great on our crispy egg noodle dishes! A bottle of wine and some chocolate we picked up on the way home really made the night. Now, I am wide awake and it is 130 am!
